Appointments & Cancellations
- You can book appointments online, by phone, or in person.
- Please let us know if you need to change or cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
- If you miss an appointment without notifying us, we may charge a cancellation fee or limit future bookings. This helps us respect everyone's time and care needs.
Fees & Payments
- We bulk bill all standard general consultations for Medicare card holders—there’s no out-of-pocket cost.
- Some procedures like IUD or Implanon insertion may incur a small fee. We’ll always explain this before your visit.
- Payments are accepted onsite in person or via secure online methods.
Behavior Expectations
We kindly ask that everyone treats our staff and other patients with respect. Unacceptable behaviour, such as aggression or harassment, may result in refusal of further service to protect our team and other patients.
Treatment & Consent
- All medical services are provided only after obtaining your informed consent.
- We will explain diagnosis, treatment options, and any risks involved.
- You have the right to decline or withdraw consent at any time.

Emergencies
If you experience a medical emergency while at our clinic, we will call Triple Zero (000). Otherwise, please visit your nearest emergency department. The closest is:
